When you book, we ask for your WhatsApp number and your consent. Before your appointment you'll get a short reminder — tap "Confirm" and you're done. No app to install; it's just WhatsApp.
What if I need to cancel? ＋
Tap "Cancel" on the reminder, or send us a message — the earlier the better, so someone else can take the slot.
Will you send me marketing messages? ＋
No. Reminders and booking updates only — that's what you agreed to, and that's all we send.
How do I stop the reminders? ＋
Reply STOP to any message and they end immediately.
